Aaron Sahlman on his time at NAU so far, being a part of the Newbury park dynasty, and more

Today I’m joined by one of the most prestigious runners in recent high school history, Aaron Sahlman! If you have been living under a rock the past couple years and don’t know who Aaron is, he won the 2022 Nike cross Nationals individually and as a team with Newbury park and he holds personal best of 1:48.91 (800), 4:00 (mile), 8:48 (3200), 8:01 (indoor 3k), and 14:14 (xc 5k). Throughout his high school career he was part of the indoor 4 by mile relay team that set the national record and he played a crucial role in multiple team cross country national titles. With all that being said he’s definitely made a name for himself and he’s not looking to slow down anytime soon.
