AARP Maryland reminds residents about what they need to do to vote in the general election

from North American Network

Early voting in Maryland begins Thursday, October 27th. And, “A-A-R-P Maryland” is reminding residents about what they need to do, in order to cast their ballot. Hank Greenberg is the group’s state-director… “Election-laws and voting-places can change. And, that’s why we’ve collected all of the latest information—so that voters can be heard. See, this includes how to register, and what the rules are for mail-in or in-person voting, and all of the key deadlines. From preventing cuts to Social Security, and protecting Medicare—to lowering prescription-drug prices, and fighting for family-caregivers—older Americans deserve to cast their vote on the issues that matter. And, we want to make sure that all voters know about their options—whether they’re eligible to vote by mail-in ballot, [by] drop-box, or in-person on Election Day. Remember, early voting runs October 27th through November 3rd—and the deadline to request a mail-in ballot is November 1.” For the latest voting-information, visit “a-a-r-p”-dot-org-slash-“m-d-votes”.
