Soldiers returning home often need specialized medication for their injuries, the most common of which is scar cream. Unfortunately, some pharmacists have used situations like this to commit fraud, prescribing scar cream to the whole family when it’s only needed for the soldier. The question is, who do the honest pharmacists turn to when they are accused of fraudulence?
