Abandoned Because I Went Though Crisis!

This is me sharing a recent experience with today's mental health services. From being informed that I am too unstable for the very diagnosis I need, to being told by a psychiatrist that ADHD does not affect woman. You don't need to be an expert to realise how much damage this can inflict on a person. I can only hope that if you have been through something similar, you do not give up advocating for yourself.🤍
