Abbe Luersman – How To Build An Agile Organization

Abbe Luersman is the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for Royal Ahold Delhaize, an international retailing group with strong local consumer brands in Europe and the United States – €63bn in revenue, 383,000 associates and serving over 50 million customers in-store and 20 million online weekly. Prior to joining Ahold, Abbe spent 6.5 years with Unilever where she held two distinct roles, SVP Unilever Europe and SVP HR Transformation & Strategy. She is Co-Chair and on the Board of Directors for Gartner’s CHRO Global Leadership Board. She has lived on 4 continents, run 25 marathons and loves sports, travel, and movies.
