ABDL SELF CARE IS SELF LOVE!self care can sometimes be hard. In order to get to loving ourselves, we may have to take some uncomfortable steps. However, taking those steps is okay! I have recently talked to a few people who confided in me, who had to block people in order to protect their mental health.  This is a move that is completely understandable and supported. I recently did the same thing in the last 24 hours.
