SELF CARE is a time to refocus. It should have meaning and purpose. As an ABDL, have you thought lately I need to refocus? I need to regain  who I am, or maybe you got lost in the shuffle of it all, trying to fit in with the cool kids and getting all the followers. Building a community and gaining followers are 2 different things. It took a major ABDL crisis for me to understand that less is more, that representation matters. At the end , I realized it is more important to be wanted rather than being tolerated.
