Send us Fan Mail“Hello, Lucid fans! I am delighted to welcome Abhinav Akhouri, aka Abhi, as my guest on this week’s Lucid Driver podcast. I first met Abhi on Instagram where we follow each other. He reacted to one of my IG posts about an upcoming episode on @luciddriverpodcast. Abhi, who is on his third Air, a gorgeous White Stealth Grand Touring, commented I should host a podcast about Lucid accessories and what’s worth it and what’s not. I responded that was a good idea, and I thanked him for his kind comment that, “I really appreciate what you are doing, and I am hopeful that it will help bring more awareness for the Lucid brand.” He let me know what accessories he had experience with—essentially everything available for the Air—and offered to be a resource for me coming up with the content for the episode. I told Abhi. “You’re not getting off that easy, and invited him to come on the show” Abhi told me, “I live in Miami, Florida. I am a 36-year-old Management Consultant. I had leased a 2023 Air Pure for an ex and loved it so much that I leased a second 2023 Air Pure for myself. Then I got the itch to get a Grand Touring, so early returned both Pures and leased a 2025 Air GT (Bianca) in Nov 2024. I work from home, so I don't necessarily use my car for commuting, every drive feels special and fun. I first heard about Lucid through MKBHD's video back in 2017 I believe and thought it was an incredible blend of my 2 loves: Cars and Technology. I also have a cousin who works as an engineer at Lucid and hearing his passion for the product and the brand, had me very intrigued.
