Abigail Paduch

Abigail Paduch is an Australian Team representative and was the 2019 Junior Asian Champion. She placed 7th at the 2019 Junior World Championships and has won numerous Junior European Cup medals, including Silver in Romania and Bronze in Poland and Spain. Because of these results, Abigail is currently ranked 2nd in the World in her age and weight group. She is also a multiple Oceania and Australian National Champion. Today we discuss her current training routine, Olympic and Commonwealth aspirations and her choice of music on the day of a competition to get her prepared.
