In today's episode i am joined with Lily she was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3 years old. She explains why she advocates for autism, only really started an account in 2020 the start of the global pandemic. Lily shares her journey so far, we talk school's our experiences and getting bullied, we express our feelings what needs to change. Lily says she doesn't like loud noise and crowds. Lily takes us through a lot of her experiences and why you should embrace being Autistic. We talk about birds which brings so much joy in the morning to Trampolining and exercise. Lily says when she does trampolining people understand because I have met people who have autism too the best way to spread awareness.  Thank you again Lily!
