ABOLISHtrumentals

After Breonna Taylor again saw no justice this past week, I felt compelled to break from Pullin from the Stacks and put together something about abolition - abolition of the police, of prisons, of the systems of repression operating throughout this country. Took a few days but here is a mix in the vein of my "Zinnstrumentals" tapes, featuring some interview excerpts of brilliant people talking abolition over a blend of hip-hop instrumentals from the crates. I urge everyone to take a listen, especially if you're not sure about abolition yourself. And I also urge everyone listen to the full interviews and recordings, which I've linked to on my Soundcloud. Thanks so much to all the amazing people pushing for abolition and social change right now.
