I believe that my baby picked me so that I could do this work, so that I could help other women find the inner peace and strength I was able to access before, during, and after my procedure.

What this episode covers
From the bathtub... I'm chattering about the benefits and challenges of group support after abortion; sharing some comparisons of 1:1 work, group support, and retreats; and playing with the idea of hosting some pop-up group support events. Send me a message with your stories, experiences, and thoughts about group vs. 1:1 support, and certainly shout out if you have been looking for non-religious group support and want to join a pop-up if I have one.
