Among traditional media, 77 percent of residents access television news “a lot” or “somewhat” for news and information. This according to the 2016 Garrity Perception Survey (GPS).Based on prior GPS’s we know 55 percent of New Mexico residents trust local media, compared to 51 percent who trust national media.
