Survivorship bias is defined as “the logical error of concentrating on the people or things that ‘survived’ some process and inadvertently overlooking those that did not work because of their lack of visibility.” The purpose of this podcast episode is to take your focus off what those considered winners did to win but on the things the losers may or may not have done not to.
