He has over 20 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (or CPG) in Innovation, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development. Now, with Above Food, he is working on producing and distributing identity preserved ingredients in North America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. In short, they are trying to make plant-based foods that are delicious, organic, better for you, better for the planet, and transparent. Not foods that are actually see-through, but foods that are traceable: they believe you should know who is making your food, where it's coming from, and exactly what's in it.
