However, this whole process can be a journey and on that journey there is a lot of freedom and flexibility. It’s all about learning how to feel better in the moment so we can increase our vibration and attract feel-good things. So really, on this path we need to ask ourselves if we have any ideas on how to make our self feel better. Using our mind and memory to flex an emotion is ONE way. But it’s totally OK to have some outside help. "“Is this pill really an effective pill? Is this process really an effective process?”Anything that causes you to allow what you desire is the process of coming into alignment. And so, we’re not, in any way, validating or invalidating anything.Many offer their “dog and pony show” as being the one that works. And good for all of them.
