Today’s conversation is with Cathy Heller, Author of the book Abundant Ever After: Tools for Creating a Life of Prosperity and Ease. In this conversation, Cathy shares her concept of abundance,  emphasizing that it is MUCH more about inner peace and connection than material wealth. She admits that it’s challenging to maintain a state of flow and inner peace in a stressful world— but it’s her mission to do this and to teach others as well. She shares her personal journey finding purpose, love and her own spirituality.  She highlights the importance of love, both in receiving and giving, as a fundamental aspect of this human experience. I loved her little stories about how she gives out bits of love throughout her day…wherever she can. Love is a practice…just like meditation.
