Abundant Mindset vs. Scarcity Mindset

from The Siobhan J. Middleton Podcast · host Siobhan Sudberry

An abundant mindset is knowing that you have more than enough resources. A scarcity mindset is the feeling that you don't have enough and there's always a lack. My Granny would often say "money doesn't grow on trees" or "don't nobody have any money." Her beliefs became my own even though we've lived two totally different lives. Over the last few years, I've been intentional about having an abundant mindset because I believe I can have whatever I want. In today's episode, I share how purchasing my dream sofa helped me lean into having an abundant mindset + practical ways for you to shift your mindset.   BeFree Project Podcast Show Notes: https://befreeproject.com/gbf/abundant-mindset-vs-scarcity-mindset My Apartment Registry: Target: https://www.target.com/gift-registry/gift/siobhan Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/registries/custom/3B2KFNILN0PZR/guest-view   Mentioned on the Show: Roadmap to Being Free Albany Park Home   Support the Show + Treat Me to Coffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/befreeproject   The BeFree Inner Circle ( Support + Community + Accountability) Learn more: befreeinnercircle.com   Connect with me on Instagram: @siobhansudberry or @befreeproject
