Rich tells us his story of leaving years of being a full-time Pastor of a church after ordaining, empowering and releasing over 200 members of the business community in his church to embrace their call to full-time ministry in the context of their existing companies and businesses.  Rich goes on to share how starting his own business gave him access and influence to many more people, businesses, lives, and hearts for the Gospel than he ever could have reached as a full-time Pastor.
