ABW 56 - Investing Opportunities During Coronavirus

Staying with the theme of sharing good news and "turning lemons into lemonade" during the Coronavirus affecting all of us: this week's conversation is about some potentially amazing investing opportunties that could present themselves because of the crisis. My recent podcast interviewee and fellow real estate investor Paul Moore, along with his co-host Josh Thomas, interview me on their podcast called "How to Lose Money".  We start with my story of how I lost a lot of money in real estate during the last financial crisis by not understanding the difference between speculation and true investing. We then transition to what I learned from that difficult lesson, and how God transformed that learning experience to a testimony of supernatural blessing in my recent real estate deal.
