ACC Freshman of the year Wake Forest's JoJo Jourdon: How to adapt from high school to college, gaining confidence, running for your team and more

Today I’m joined by JoJo Jourdon! JoJo was a sub four miler in high school and a national champion at Nike Cross Nationals. This year at wake Forest he placed 8th at the ACC Championships, helping his team come away with the win, placed 47th at Cross Country Nationals and was named the ACC freshman of the year. He started out as a red shirt for his first couple races but as his confidence built he decided he wanted to represent the team and help them in every way possible. As he says in this episode that he wouldn’t have been able to live with himself he saw the boys lose and thought he could do something to help.
