Accept No Subsitutes

This week Rev. Brown teaches from the text of Genesis 17:1-8,15-22. In this text we see Abraham as he hears of Gods plan for him. Believing himself to be too old for Gods challenge Abraham doubts Gods word and tries to have God accpet his son Ishmael for the work ahead. But God wants Abraham and his wife Sarai for this work. God won't accept Ishmael as the subsitute. And, so Rev Brown this week reminds us not to accept any subsitutes either. Thanks to everyone listening to our podcast.
