Acceptance. | What If They/It Never Gets Better or Change?

When you notice someone has sooooo much room for growth, yet they do not take your advice, take any steps to grow or help themselves, etc. it SUCKS. It hurts. But how do you maneuver a situation like that when it is your own family or any close person you love? How do you still abide by your own boundaries as a person without succumbing to their sad state as well? All of this is covered in this podcast episode! Acceptance is NOT the same as settling, and it DOES NOT mean you are a walking doormat. It is actually the most merciful state you can take on to free yourself of guilt, being emotionally intertwined/co-dependent/attached to someone else and so on.
