Accepting more with trust

In this episode, we’re exploring what it really means to Accept more with trust. We’re continuing the theme of Love Over Fear, and gently moving into what happens after we’ve chosen ourselves, honoured our energy, and started creating space for what truly matters to us. As we begin to focus on what we love, what lights us up, and what feels aligned… we naturally start to receive more. More opportunities, more support, more signs. And yet, for many of us, especially as sensitives and empaths, our first response isn’t always openness… it can be doubt, questioning, or even pushing things away. So in this episode, we’re feeling into how we respond when life starts meeting us. We explore the patterns that can arise, the conditioning around guilt and perfectionism, and the importance of pausing before reacting. We’re allowing ourselves to soften into a space of receiving, rather than immediately questioning or deflecting what’s coming in. We’re also opening into the idea that things may not arrive in the way we expected… and that doesn’t make them wrong. In fact, the invitations, the synchronicities, the unexpected opportunities… they may be guiding us in ways we couldn’t have planned. This is about: – allowing more without guilt – allowing more without needing to control the outcome – allowing more with trust Trusting that what is coming through is responding to the energy we’ve been putting out. Trusting that we don’t need to have everything figured out. Trusting that the path can unfold in ways we didn’t anticipate. So as you listen, just notice… What are you being invited into right now?
