Accepting your heart has the answers: The STOP Process.

from Accepting · host Aline C Davis

Welcome to the penultimate episode of season one of Accepting gorgeous. In this episode I am sharing the STOP process with you. This came to me after I was working with a different traffic image from my spiritual mentor. I love to place meanings to letters in creating my practice and this simple and incredibly effective method is just that.I would suggest if this is the only tool you work with from the whole season, it is this one gorgeous. As empaths and sensitive souls it can be so easy to think many steps ahead and envision all possible scenarios before we land on one that makes us feel safe. As we know, this way can be exhausting and confusing. My process reminds us that the whirling commentary in our heads is just noise and our heart really does have the answers. As we accept this and practice being present, we enter our parasympathetic nervous system; our shoulders lower and we feel we can breathe. As we feel more peaceful; we allow the answers (if there are any) to arrive from our heart space and trust this feeling. Our greatest gift as sensitives is feeling, so how about we put that into practice with any decisions large or small?I would love to hear how you get on with this, so please do let me know. With huge gratitudes for all our guides.Much loveAline xxxxIf you have a moment gorgeous, I would be so grateful if you would leave a rating and a review so we can reach other sensitive souls. We can´t do this all on our own and that has been one of my biggest lessons.Do reach out for support from me:- https://linktr.ee/The_Self_Acceptance_Guide
