Access riders

This month, Izzy teaches us (Anna and the listeners) about access riders. She talks through what one is, who can have one (everyone!), and what to include, with lots of helpful examples along the way. There are also suggestions on what to start thinking about if you would like to write your own, plus how to navigate non-negotiable versus desirable workplace adjustments.
