Lee, who has traveled to 50 countries and all seven continents in a motorized wheelchair, shares how careful planning and optimism help him navigate travel challenges. He highlights California destinations like Yosemite, Disneyland, Long Beach, and Sonoma, praising accessible lodging, trails, and transportation. “Yosemite blew me away—it’s truly awe-inspiring, and the accessible trails let me feel like I could experience it fully,” Lee says.Lee also discusses his favorite California culinary experiences, standout hotel, and his nonprofit, which provides dream trip grants to wheelchair users.
