Accessing Your Personal Genius EP 70

from Making Space for Conversations That Matter with Laura Prisc · host Laura Prisc

Paul Scheele is on a mission to unleash your personal genius, to reintroduce you to your natural brilliance. He does that work through a multitude of vehicles – live and digital programs, the written word, in small groups and one-on-one.    One of his tools is called a Paraliminal. Literally, that means Para = Beyond and Liminal = threshold of your conscious and nonconscious mind (nonconscious = everything beyond our conscious awareness). Paraliminals are digital recordings that allow listeners to reconnect with the internal resources and knowing that will allow us to be, do, and have more of what we long for in our lives.    Host, Laura Prisc, has been using a library of Paraliminals for several years as part of her personal growth, vision casting, and goal achieving efforts. Based on the power they've held for her, she wanted to share them with you.    If you've never listened to one, it's a unique experience, indeed. Each recording focuses on a specific topic, like weight loss or memory or creativity. There are two voices – each one speaking (separately, and in an intriguing way, together) to the left and right hemispheres of your brain.    Paul shares his process for developing and recording them, and introduces a new tool he's developed, which is in its "soft launch phase" at the time of recording. The JoySpring App is designed to create a habit of betterment for users, through several brief interventions throughout the day.    JoySpring combines mindfulness, meditation, hydration, and tapping to effect shifts in emotion; in addition, there are several short "sleep induction" tracks that allow you to shift from the busyness of your day into a sound and restful sleep state.    This is truly a Masterclass in how your mind works; have a pen and notebook handy, so you don't miss any of the wisdom shared.     Paul's Bio Paul R.
