CoVid has created issues, but it has created opportunities as well. Your mindset must be positive. Planning far enough ahead is essential when things go wrong you need that flex space. Spread your risk. If you work with another business, do your own due diligence. Plan out your personal time as well as your work time at the start of each week. Pay for proper advice when deciding which company structure to use. Never forget your tenants, you need to provide them with nice, safe, and suitable homes. You need to push yourself out of your comfort zone because that helps you to progress.
