According2Sam #55

Joe Biden had a spectacular change in fortunes this week in his quest to become President of the United States. His journey on this quest began in 1988, and he ran again in 2008. However, after coming in forth and fifth in two of the first three contest this year, it wasn't until South Carolina last Saturday that he won his first primary.
