Accountability

from Points of Grace Podcast · host Christina Littlejohn

Accountability is the obligation to take ownership of actions, decisions, and outcomes, including accepting consequences for results rather than just completing tasks. Many of us need an Accountability partner to advise, instruct, and explore the possibilities of assisting us to manage our tasks. This decision doesn't mean we are weak. It suggests we do not want to be bias in our judgement and character. Standards are to be withheld not withdrawn. I have designed a Mentorship Accountability Community for those aspiring to reach Business Goals. It's exclusively for women but does not exclude men. Access Intake at: https://form.jotform.com/260060189136049Virtual LibraryVisit the above 👆🏽 link to view my Ebooks.
