Accountable people seek to receive additional downloads and transference of wisdom so that they can become a greater asset to the mission at hand. When faced with corrective moments, abrasion is expected yet for a person who regularly uses self-reflection time to understand where the corrections are coming from. They purposefully take ownership and begin to do self-work.
