ACCOUNTABILITY IN FAITH!

from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix

Scripture: Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 "Two are better than one... If one falls down, his friend can help him up." Walking the journey of faith was never meant to be a solo endeavour. Ecclesiastes reminds us of the strength and support found in godly companionship. Accountability in faith means having someone who not only walks with you but also challenges, encourages, and lifts you when you stumble. In seasons of weakness, doubt, or temptation, an accountable partner provides perspective and prayer. They remind us of God’s promises when we forget and call us higher when we begin to settle. True accountability is rooted in love and truth—it holds us responsible while pointing us to Christ. God places others in our lives not just for fellowship, but for formation. When we open our lives to trusted believers, we create space for growth, healing, and transformation. Isolation makes us vulnerable; accountability makes us stronger. Today, ask yourself: Who are you walking with in your faith journey? Are you open to receiving encouragement and correction from others who love Jesus? Prayer: AlmightyFather, thank You for the gift of community and accountability. Help me to be humble enough to receive support and bold enough to offer it to others. Surround me with godly friends who will help me grow stronger in You. Amen.
