I reveal my own take on how Leadership Development and Training will need to be modernized, innovative approaches in HR policy and practices to support parents working while supervising kids at home and practical tips for helping managers adapt to leading virtual work teams. Towards the end, I discuss the true drivers of motivation to succeed in today's reality.
