Accountability is Ownership

After an unexpected two week hiatus, we are back. One thing that we all deal with in life is accountability, but what if instead of looking at is as just consequences, we took a new look as it by ownership. You can't force someone into accountability and achieve better results by consequences only. They do have to find a way to take ownership of doing the right thing when others aren't there watching or there to tell you what to do. So what does that look like in work and in life?
