ACFR Battalion Chief Matt Ascoli

Chief Ascoli is with the Training and Professional Development Division of Albemarle County Fire Rescue and he discussed Recruit School 27, the 26-week paid training academy and how ACFR welcomes both experienced providers and applicants with no prior fire or EMS experience. He also discussed the application process, hiring requirements, upcoming PAT practice days on July 25 and August 8, and the August 16 application deadline.
