The American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin is seeking to overturn a law requiring transgender people to present a documented surgical procedure before they can change the sex marker on their legal documents. Kate Paape sat down with attorney Jade Hall, the lead attorney with the ACLU, to discuss their case against the state of Wisconsin.
