Across The River (Demo)

I saw a light in your window So I thought I would stop by There's ago much you seem to know I can't begin to say why Lately I've been asking questions Answers are always incomplete And I had an idea that if I found you here You could make these mysteries meet They say that you're a man of vision In this country of the blind Take a look across the river Tell me what I'll find Cos I've been standing at the edge But it's too wide to swim across I tried to find my self a bridge All that were built are now lost Don't ask for what you can't deliver Cos you've walked on the other shore I know you've been across the river Can't you tell me what it's for?
