In 2022, she was awarded an MBE for her contributions, and she currently serves as Eagle Labs' Diversity & Inclusion Lead. Natalie shares why receiving such recognition was important to her, especially as a descendant of the Windrush generation. Natalie is also the co-founder of The Hustle Table podcast, where she and her co-hosts inspire listeners with lessons from their careers.
