Small businesses need to stick to your vision and goals. Don't compare what we are going through now to the Great Recession. Plus, look for government relief resources available now.What is imperative right now is for business owners to focus on the future. From the "essential businesses" perspective, there is still cash flow, but is still a stressful time. You still have employees, but you have to keep them safe.Marketing tactics during this time? Has to be changed, your message has to shift. Can your business pivot in the short term to keep employees and cash flow coming?This is changing the way we look at our individual businesses.
