This week we launch our new series Activated and Empowered: A Missional Journey Through the Book of Acts. Pastor Chad unpacks Acts 1:1–11, reminding us that followers of Jesus are Spirit-empowered witnesses. The same Spirit that empowered the early church is alive in us today—charging us with God’s power, breaking the idol of comfort, and sending us into our families, neighborhoods, and the nations as living witnesses of Jesus.We’re not called to just stand staring at the sky—we’re called to step out, rely on the Spirit, and point people to Christ in every sphere of life.Discussion Questions:1.
