Activists Want Preschoolers to Learn "Black English"

A group of prominent black activists are calling on California to teach preschoolers how to speak "Black English." The activists say they don't want their children talking like white people. They say cultural linguistics make it appropriate for black children to "axe" questions and to use words like "finna do something" or "how you be?"
