A grand jury in New Mexico has returned an indictment charging Alec Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter in the 2021 shooting death of "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. A new set of prosecutors had dropped the charges in April 2023 citing the need for further investigation but had said the charges could be refiled.
