Acts 7:17-43 Stephen's Sermon: "Israel's Rejection of Moses"

We continue studying Stephen's speech to the Sanhedrin. He has been accused of blaspheming God and Moses. In his defense, Stephen shows that it is the nation of Israel who has consistently rejected Moses and the Law.  Even from their infancy as a nation, they fashioned a golden calf while Moses was receiving the Law.  Eventually they graduated from the golden calf to worshipping the host of heaven. This resulted ultimately in the Babylonian captivity.
