Acts Chapter 5

In this powerful message, Megan explores the sobering story of Ananias and Sapphira from Acts 5, contrasting their fake generosity with the genuine sacrifice of Barnabas. The early Church was marked by bold generosity, deep unity, and the undeniable power of the Holy Spirit—but this couple's attempt to appear more spiritual than they were brings God’s judgment into sharp focus. Through it all, we’re reminded that God isn’t looking for performance—He’s looking for surrendered hearts. The message challenges us to ask: are we giving God everything, or just enough to look good? True sacrifice not only honors God—it stirs revival in the Church.
