Acts Chapters 10-11

In this episode, we read Acts chapters 10 and 11, where a major turning point takes place in the early church. God reveals that the message of Jesus is not limited to one group of people, but is meant for all nations. Through a vision given to Peter and the story of Cornelius, we see barriers being broken as the gospel reaches the Gentiles. The Holy Spirit is poured out on them just as it was on the Jewish believers, confirming that God shows no favoritism. Chapter 11 continues with Peter explaining these events to others, leading to greater understanding and unity within the church. Acts 10–11 reminds us that God’s grace is for everyone, and that He often challenges our assumptions to expand our hearts and align us with His greater purpose.
