In Acts 8, the persecution of the early church had caused believers to scatter, which God used to spread the gospel. Philip brought the good news to Simon the magician and the Ethiopian eunuch. These encounters powerfully show us that the gospel is for everyone, even the outcast, and that God prepares hearts in advance to receive His Word.
