Acts of Kindness Meditation - Infused with Reiki Healing Energy

Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga!  This episode is dedicated to my Auntie Terry who recently went into hospice, and her act of kindness and love towards me inspired the theme of this meditation. As a Reiki II practitioner I can offer remote reiki, which allows me to send healing energy across time and space.  This meditation is infused with healing Reiki energy.  If you choose to repeat this meditation and want to skip the intro, forward to 6 minutes 45 seconds then begin the meditation.
