Acts: Turning the World Upside Down | A Disruptive Gospel

In Acts 17:6, some nonbelievers plainly state the perception of Christians in their time: “These people turn the world upside down!” What a statement! And what a far cry from how the good news is experienced today. In this message, Pastor Joel examines a story from Acts 19 about how Paul, preaching the good news in a city called Ephesus, disrupted two of the main things that people relied on in their everyday lives: magic and idols, which at the end of the day are just means to control our worlds.
