Winter 1999/Drumheller, Alberta. The New Year has brought with it a new torrent of frigid cold weather. January in the plains provinces are never fun, but in Drumheller the kids make do. The Red Deer River Valley has an abundance of slopes for sledding and fun in the snow to stem against the mid-winter blues.
